Do we install products?

We do not install products such as cabinetry, bed frames or fixtures ourselves, however we do offer a styling service where we style and arrange furniture and decor. We have access to countless suppliers and would be more than happy to arrange a fixtures and fittings selection service for you, with exclusive access to great trade pricing.

What if I don’t like the design?

If the design isn’t quite what you had in mind we offer a variety of revision solutions for you, some of which are free and are included in selected services. The key here is to ensure your initial design concept or guidance is true to what you would like the end project to look like. For example, if you initially say you’d like a “Hamptons” style room, and then down the track decide you don’t like “Hamptons” and would rather have a “Boho” style room, this will cost you additional fees for us to begin again with the design. However, if you receive your Hamptons style design and decide that the blue we have chosen is too bright, we will be able to make some small changes for you without beginning again.

Do we provide warranties?

We provide a 12 month warranty on all of our design services, ensuring that we will be there to support you well into the future. During this time we are also able to help with questions related to cleaning, styling and maintaining your design.

Products that you select will have their own warranties from their manufacturers. For the first 12 months we will follow up on any and all warranty claims that may need to be made in relation to your project. We will also provide you with a detailed warranty book explaining where to call if you have a warranty problem after the first year.
